cheers While I haven’t contacted support after HoTs release it’s great to hear that the turn around time is fast!
In the past when I tried to contact them it took literally 3-6 days to get a response. (After the first response communication is much faster). Though once I did get to talk to someone my issue was always resolved!
So just wanted to add my thank you to the support reps as well!
Shortly before HoT released, due to my bad vision, an issue arose with the dye you’d get from the third birthday pack. I gave them a day after sending in the ticket, but when I checked my email, they’d actually gotten back to me that same night. And they handled it very quickly and kindly. It was the exact opposite of the experiences I had with support 3 years ago and I was really happy.

The support team is really great indeed. It may be that they do not reply to client crash posts here in the threads, but they were really prompt and explanatory in replying to my emails.

Yes you can tell that this company does care about it’s product/s and that they want their players to be happy, so as long as said players are not breaking rules and downright deserve the ban.

Yeah, I saw that. I would respond to the message, which will create a ticket, and ask for a review. I think it’s a mistake.

I think you email the forums directly to contest an infraction. forums@arena.net. I was mistakenly infracted once and handled it that way.
Either way..you can email them, or just respond to the moderator’s PM. Both work, one is easier.
