Hi Albee. Does the drivers perform different? the 306.02 and the 304.79. Do you notice any short black screen when you start the game?

Are you running this game off of a separate drive? How stable is your connection and how much is your ping to the servers?

There might also be something corrupted in the code. Re-installing or Re-downloading the whole game again might help.

I believe you have tried a few things to make this work. If you could list the things you can remember having tried it would also help.

I don’t see how they can go “there can be long term consequences on your account” how about giving us what we paid for instead of penalizing us for getting our money back for something you aren’t following through with? We have already seen what ArenaNet think of their customers, walking wallets, the single hint of you wanting a refund and they will try and scare you off with these “Consequences” it just puts me off this company all together.

Sounds like a polite threat more than anything.

Just trying to see if there is a way to get a refund without calling my bank and doing it through them. Tried searching the forums, but mainly just found people who were really upset or trolls…I’m just looking to get my money back since I’m unable to play the game, and didn’t want to call my bank up if I didn’t have to. Thanks.

Your bank can’t do anything. You’ve legally agreed to own that account. The ToS matters y’know.

gpu: radeon 5750
ram: 4gb
OS: win 7

i try low and hight details but i have ever 10 fps in almost all zone. it is very bad because my friend with an old dual core he run the game ever with 30 fps. im very angry! there is a solution?

You would need to post your full dxdiag log stilness. Just because your friend can run it doesnt mean anything. He might be running it on absolute minimum settings at 800×600 res.

It might also be a good idea to post your issue in the tech support forum.
