Q:

I’m an Australian who bought the game at launch, and have recently returned to have another go. I like it, so I tried to buy the two expansions. The only problem is, Anet doesn’t seem to want my money. Whether I choose “Credit Card” or “Paypal”, I get the following error:

Billing Address has not been specified

Despite not wanting to share personal information with an online retailer, I assure you that I have correctly entered my billing address. Won’t somebody please take my money?

if you read this forum you see their has been some small problems to buy path of fire pack . maybe if you try it again and it still does not work then maybe contacting support for help will work best. as their is no way we players can help you with this problem .

but I do know you can buy hot from Walmart’s for $15.00 . in the usa but I am not sure of your country at all. but if you do have Walmart their as I think you might . maybe check them out for a copy of hot good luck

I’m from Aussie too. Pre-ordered PoF 2 weeks ago via Paypal without issue.

What browser are you using? Firefox has always given me grief if I try buy from the official website… originally HoT, and same thing with PoF, despite at least 1 re-install of Windows and FF in the interim. I’ve had to swap to Chrome on both instances.

I was using the Chrome browser yesterday, and today I tried to pay using Microsoft Edge… and it worked. I am now the proud owner of HoT and PoF. Thanks to onevstheworld.2419 for suggesting I try another browser.

Oh, and Australia doesn’t have Walmart, thankfully.

I just bought Ultimate edition of PoF yesterday, so it must be a problem on your end? Idk, contact support.
