While trying to submit a ticket on the latest version of firefox i am asked to sign in, attempting to sign in puts me in a loop where i am constantly asked to sign in without ever getting the chance to sign in.

The ticket is regarding my inability to receive the email verification, i am using gmail and have checked every tab and spam etc. Not a single email has made it through.

Its possible the email account was created after my gw2 account, not sure if that matters but the first verification may have been bounced back if the account was not there yet potentially flagging my account.

If someone from anet reads this, your support ticket system is stuck in a log on loop that doesn’t allow you to log on and i can not receive verification emails.

The email account in question is linked to this forum account please look into this as i can not submit a ticket currently……

You can submit a ticket anonymously; that requires no logging in.

Managed to send a anonymous ticket, the “sign in” component of support tickets is still broken……

Over 24 hours without a response, considering the game will not start if the email has not been verified the pace with which support is handling my ticket is disappointing.

Have you tried using a different browser?

I use Firefox… never had any issue with Support, but the purchase page has never worked for me… had to switch to Chrome for that.

You should have received the near-immediate automated reply. Check junk/spam folders, if not.

If you did receive the automated reply, due to increased volume, the CS Team is allowing 7 days for response.
