I have submitted a ticket, 9 days ago. I have only gotten, “We regret that it’s taking so long to get a response,” kind of emails in response. Is this normally how tickets are responded to? I even sent a follow-up message a few days ago. Still nothing.

The CS dept is currently swamped with alot of Tickets. Also it depends what you put in a ticket for. If it is for a refund, then it will take a bit for them to get to you as there is alot of those currently.

If it has to do with your account being hacked, unfortunately they are inundated with requests at the moment. I think they said it would take several days at minimum, though 9 days at the moment seems a bit excessive
