Hi, I’ve never posted on forum before but since none of the staff seem to be responding we hope for a lil feedback here!
My friend has been with GW longer than I have and he forgot his GW1 log on which consequentially is also his GW2 log in too, he submitted a ticket almost 6 days ago just to ask for log in help, when my other friend did it he had a response in just under an hour and he logged his ticket 2 days after friend1.
For the sake of not complicating this, I was just wondering generically how long ticket times are at the moment as my friend is kinda getting quite upset about the fact that he has zero access to his GW accounts.
