Been more than 3 Days.

Turns out, it was just a long loading, but never could load to the end, because of a connection error. Now LUCKILY it managed to load, but 10 seconds after, the game crashed with no error.

Been more than 3 days, i allready made a topic about this but then i found this post.

Hello,

so I just bought my first skin from gem store(magitech medium armor skin) and used it on armor to transmute it. The problem is that I change colors on everything and it saves, but the boots are always reseting. It just doesn’t work. From map chat i found out that some armors doesn’t change colors? If that is true I now just flushed my gems into toilet? Is it possible to reset it? I didn’t pay for that! Is there anything you can do to help me?

General update 14 February 2014:

There are several unusual types of tickets being handled right now. This means that, due to volume, certain kinds of tickets are taking longer than three days to resolve. We’re working to get back to the 3-day turn-around time. Here are some of the types of tickets that may take longer than three days:

  • Refund requests (harvesting tools, Flame-Kissed Armor, etc.)
  • Account compromise (“hacking”) incidents
  • Requests for account restorations
  • Account disputes
  • Missing items

That list is not comprehensive, but off the top of my head those are some of the more complex tickets that simply simply may take more time to resolve. Having said that…

Please allow five days before posting in this thread for the time being.

I will update when we’re back to the normal, faster turn-around times. Thanks for understanding!

The GM Wicho doesn’t seem to believe that I was involuntarily transfered from Fissure of Woe to Fort Ranik as my home server. I’ve suggested a possible account hack because I saw similar thread here, but it looks like it’s not the case.

I can provide you with plenty of screenshots where people speak English in the main chat window. Since Fort Ranik is French only server, this would not be possible there (I am currently the only one speaking English in the main chat there since I know zip in French).

You can also check the player Saiko.9572, he is my work colleague, my only contact in in-game contact list and we played together since GW2 came out – check out which is his home server and you’ll see where I’ve been just two weeks ago.

If my account was hacked . . . then something else needs to be done. I am now unable to get to the forums to post any security messages and had to cancell my first TICKET due to this reason. This should be moved to the More than 3 days old category. I made multiple posts giving additional information and asked for a status and received nothing in return. The original ticket is “352417:Terminated Account???”. I have friends that can vouch for me . . . and do want to rejoin them in this game. Please do something!!!!!

By mail to a friend in 2013 June 5gold, this is he help me make 18 slot bags cost, no friends received gold gifts tome, I also have no gold gifts to friends. I received my friend Jeff and Wood gifts, mainly manufacturing pink armor material,worth a total of not more than 100 gold; I gave my friend a gift worth no more than 20 gold, recently I only give Wood 232quartz, the basic situation of the above is my account assets. If I were a buy gold game player, I don’t need to spend such a long time to manufacture alegendary short bow themselves, yet my pink armor is not complete, all that I can use gold to buy; if I were a gold selling game player, the legendary short bow that I make is not they should use, but sell! Again,my account is not sent to any man more than 15 gold items, calculation standard on the TP price, there is no cash transactions, please login to my account, check my mail, do not use the automatic inspection system, I was clean.

I spoke to our guild mate. He mentioned that he closed ticket #: 358835 with the “Resolved” tag as a means to open up another ticket. In a sense, the issue was not resolved. I believe that was a mistake / misunderstanding.

He is still banned from the game and still does not have access to the forums, thus why I’m mediating once again.

Would he need to submit another ticket? I believe at this point he would just like some contact from the support team as to why the ban on the account happened in the first place. I understand the burden of proof is on the user, but that’s extremely difficult considering there was no warning before the termination. Not to mention that access to the game & forums are both disabled, thus the accused have to rely on other users to relay information.

Never submit duplicate tickets, you can see here what is happening if you do.

Ask your guildy to update the first ticket he made to tell them this one is still not resolved and when done post that ticketnumber here. All later tickets should be closed.

from the patch tuesday Feb 18, 2014 my shoulders, the arms of koda (HoTW) go through my twilight and fractal back piece, before this patch it never happened. Please fix this, Thank you

The purpose of this thread is to review support tickets that are unanswered after 72 hours. The reason is that after 72 hours all support tickets should be answered and if thats not the case, something went wrong in the communication or the system.

If this is the situation for you, you can post your support ticket number in this threat.
However, since the update is less then 72 hours ago, this is definitly not the place to post this. This is also not an issue that support can solve. It seems that some armorskins have been updated slightly. This is in your case resulting in a clipping error. The best thing to do is to report this as a bug. This can be done in the bg’s subforum here or ingame by typing /bug.
