Just wondering how I would upgrade my path of fire standard edition too the ultimate edition the in-game store only shows the deluxe edition.

You cannot upgrade from standard to ultimate, only to deluxe.

A: You can purchase a digital Deluxe Edition upgrade through the Black Lion Trading Company in-game store. The Ultimate Edition of Path of Fire must be purchased as a complete edition, and the Standard and Deluxe Editions can’t be upgraded to Ultimate.

That’s the problem is there anyway too upgrade to the deluxe edition or do I have to buy another copy witch would suck! D=

You can upgrade from standard to deluxe in the gem store with gems. Just make sure you purchase the proper version as there are deluxe upgrades for core, HoT and PoF available.

Yeah I read the other post it seems abit strange that they wont allow a upgrade from standard to ultimate doesn’t seem that difficult to do. Its just an extra 20$ on top of the deluxe edition.

It’s an extra $25, and what one receives is $50 worth of Gems, above and beyond the Deluxe edition.

You can contact the CS Team and ask about refunding your Standard purchase (if you purchased directly from ArenaNet) and then purchase the Ultimate edition.

Yeah I think that’s what i am going to do, but I already leveled up a thief and played a ton on her so I hope that wont effect the refunding I don’t want to lose progress on my thief.

If Path of Fire was your first GW2 game purchase, it may affect your progress, as the CS Team might terminate the account to issue a refund.

If you upgraded your existing GW2 game account, then you probably would not lose progress.
