If it’s been 3 days or more since you last heard from them and you want to appeal to Gaile for a last review you can post your ticket number in the stickied, ‘Tickets for review: 3 days and older’.
No i’ve heard from them and they seem to be tight on the fact that I was cheating in some way. My issue is that I havent cheated and the people whom I farmed with at frostgorge also agreed that I’m not a bot. I’m not sure why anet is stubborn on the fact that I broke their rules. For essence of luck, all I did was spam click the item in my inventory. So I’m not sure why they are doing this to me.

In theory, you could make a case out of this. I’d ask for every single form of proof they have of you “cheating”, and include all the names of the witnesses who were with you at the time.
I should do that but my final appeal is already denied, they have a choice to not response to my tickets.

When I was accused of being a gold-seller, each time I appealed the decision, the email I received stated that they were absolutely sure and confident in their accusation and the decision was final. It took 4 appeals (of sending the same information and explaining how I got the gold in question) before they sent a letter saying, ‘Oops, my bad’. I really believe the text in those letters should be examined, as they once said they would do. It’s very discouraging to be told there is no hope, and I am sure many give up.
I dont want to give up but I forwarded a private message to galie gray hoping my situation can be resolved but thanks for the support, I seriously think If Im considered a bot, then everyone at the champ train would be a bot as well.

No, you are not supposed to PM Gaile. She asks people specifically not to and to post in the stickied thread I referenced earlier if you want your ticket reviewed.
I got denied 3x in less than one day though, and now they arent even replying back.

Okay I’ll post the ticket on there I guess even though it hasnt been for 3 days, its just that I feel so demotivated like Im getting trolled by anet.

Since you are posting before the 3 days is up you might want to update that post and state that your ticket has already been denied so she won’t think you posted too prematurely.
