Hi, few mins ago I was sented mail from “Zeitouny” “Account will be shuted down” was topic
there was link for some site where i need wrote some info it was on

i wrote my characters, date when i buy this game and also serial code…

later somebody [Name edited] asked me about telephone number;

and then i changed passwords and now I am probably sure they are hackers and they wanted to steal my account, please, check somebody those guys, they must be stopped!

now they want also hack my real email adress… please, some gamemaster from technical support? can i change my email adress for this game? i dont want to be hacked

You will need to contact support to change your email address. Follow the support link at the top of the page then the submit a request link on the top right of that page. You should also inform support you entered your information on a phishing page so they can help secure your account. You will want to change your current email password as well and scan your computer for virus/malware.

So…..“shuted down”, isn’t a clue this may not be legit?

The fact that you gave out the CD key you will be in a constant struggle with this account. They could always contact support and gain control at any time.

I see too many GMs around :P

Sorry but I have to say READ bottom of the email and what does it say?——this e-mail was sent by a player NOT by an Anet employee.
Simple—read, use the report function,delete and move on. If one decides to share their info they only have themselves to blame.
