Guild Wars 2

Hi. I have a problem, I bought and downloaded the game, when the download is entered on the home screen of the character’s choice and I had to turn off because I had to run off to work. I turned off the computer and now I’m back at home I have no icon in the game but only the installation package ….. how do I get into the game??

Not exactly sure what you are saying happened. I can see that you began the download. I don’t understand “when the download is entered on the home screen of the character’s choice.” does this mean you were able to load/open the game and view the character select screen?

If you aren’t sure where to find the game client on your computer, it should be located under your /Applications folder “Guild Wars 2.app” it should be easy enough to find using the finder.

I’m sorry I can’t be 100% sure what you are asking; if I completely missed the mark, please write back again or maybe someone else has a suggestion.
