Doesn’t load after log in to play just opens a window and nothing happens, i let it sit for like 10 min and still nothing. I have tried to restart my computer, i have tried to reinstall my os but still nothing. my mac is almost brand new its only 3 months old. this is the only program that wont work on my whole laptop.

Having the exact same problem I could play yesterday but couldn’t today I made no changes to my mac at all. I tried updating mac software and still the same issue! Starting to wonder about a refund!

Okaay this just happened to me, don’t know if you could fixed it or not but if you point with your cursor at almost the top of that screen you’ll see it change, try clicking everywhere at the top of the screen and the game will crash, open it again and the game should be fixed hope you understand my awful english

Yep this worked for me! Click everywhere and I mean everywhere. Your game will come up in mario styled quality like all low settings in windowed mode. Double click your char load the game and change settings back to full screen mode should be golden after that!

Hi there, I have got the same problem… I’ve bought the game three days ago and I choosed the Realm, than at the player selection I logged out; thereafter the next time I log in the “gray window” appeared and I cannot log in the game…

PLEASE HELP!

I just downloaded the client and the install went fine. After trying to open game, it brought me to this screen (see attached). After restarting my computer, I’m still stuck at this screen. The only thing that I have that’s clickable within the window is a small checkbox. I tried clicking throughout the entire window, but unfortunately nothing seems to happen (other than a check appearing or disappearing when I’m near the button).

Oh yeah, I did it! I suggest that was a graphic bug, now I can play without any problems!

it turned black and windows style with low graphics. i clicked everywhere along top of box and it showed the character screen afterwards but weird resolution and windows style screen still. i loaded game but won’t load normal. i restarted laptop and load screen did exact same things. pls help

This is exactly what’s going on with my client now. After a whole day of not being able to download it and now that it’s downloaded it won’t load. hahah omg! =(

Same issue as DuskFade with my mid-2010 27" iMac. Had run beautifully for months prior, then one day, couldn’t log in. Re-installed, and started having this problem. Tried a clean install on a mid-2012 15" retina macbook pro that I’d never used for GW2 before – same problem. Le sigh.
