so i have the problem with register gw2 CE retail code to another e-mail and not link it to the pre-purchase one.
Is it possible to buy a normal edition or digital deluxe and add the cd-key to my pre-purchase account??
Oh I don’t think you need to do that! If you have a retail code, the team can help you re-link. It may take a few days, to be honest, but I do believe it can be done. I really encourage you to contact Support by filing a ticket through the “Ask a Question” tab on that linked page. They will be able to assist you.

“a few days” in this case meaning at least a week. We’re STILL trying to get our guild leader back into the game with this same issue, and he opened his ticket on September first (ten days ago).
i have been wait for a week a got a respond but somehow my support account has been disabled or something, the same day as zach.c from the support team try to help me, so i can’t log ind to support and answer him.

That guild leader being me… my oldest ticket (10 days) has yet to get any attention at all. I received an update stating that my most recent ticket would be transferred to the billing team yesterday but the ticket is still in “updated” from the last time I put in an update.

I’ve been waiting 10 days now too. And many others, even longer. None of us getting any help.
I have the exact same problem as you gusta. I sent them all of my details on the 2nd, got a reply 7 days later on the 9th with a response that had nothing to do with what I was asking so I updated my ticket straight after. So far I’m on about my 4th day after that. In total I’v been waiting 11 days now.

Day 11.. still nothing. Feeling forgotten.
This has gotten to the point of being ridiculous!! So many of us with the same type of problem #1 being lack of communication from tech support and then the feeling of getting half a** attention at best. Been waiting since the 6th to get back into my game. Hope like crazy Im not still waiting 5 more days to hit my 11th day…. In case it help my ticket number is [Incident: 120906-010698]
Is it possible to get user information or get access to user information by providing the ticket numbers? I don’t want to give hackers anything to play with.
