Q:

I bought a new account, I created a mail, I joined, I redeemed the code, I confirmed my cellphone, But then I realized I joined with a wrong mail,
So i can not play!
I have sent several tickets with all the required data at different time distances,
4-5 days have passed and I do not get a response and I still can not access

You should close all but the initial, original ticket as creating duplicate tickets only slows down assistance you can receive.

Once you have done that, your ticket will move through the queue, and the CS Team will assist you.
