It will run it but not well. I have two laptops, an Asus ROG A73 model and an Alienware M17x model. Both were built around the same time. The ROG runs GW2 much slower than the Alienware – it’s very noticeable when my wife and I are playing co-op. I zone well before she does and sometimes she is still killing things that are dead on my screen. She is closer to the router as well. Both are gaming laptops too, in case you didn’t know – both have better specs than your machine. If you can afford it, get an Alienware, they make excellent gaming laptops.

E1-1200 is a netbook APU. Similar CPU performance to the Intel Atom CPUs. The graphics side only has 80 shader cores. I really wouldn’t expect more than 15fps on performance settings at 1366×768.

Short answer: no
It will not run it, it will crawl. That is just a “I want to see lolcats and facebook” machine.
Judging from the minimum requirements for GW2, I would be surprised if the installer let you install the game on the laptop. If you have the laptop handy, try it out but don’t expect much. If you’re looking to buy a laptop for GW2, that is not the one you should be getting.
