Blue lines on screen graphics problems
You have a entry level lap top that’s not made to game on. You’r right at the mim on the processor and the graphics are below the mim you have HD 2000. Buy something to play games on.
Is there no other way to fix it then to buy a new comp? the problem seems fairly minor and i can play with it, but its really a nuisance. i’ve seen far worse graphical errors fixed with a driver update
Update drivers directly from intel.com (See Part 1.1)
The only exclusive skyhammer stream
I end up at the link i provided. i dont know which one to download i have already downloaded this one, but no change.

the chip in that processor is based on the HD2000 (dual channel desktop i3 – i7)
GuildWars 2 minimum requirements is a HD3000+ (quad channel desktop i7)
http://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Running_the_game
downloading and running the driver package @ http://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?agr=Y&ProdId=3319&DwnldID=22375 might help.
i was incorrect earlier in claiming that the 2000 had issues, it is the same architecture as the hd3000 so the driver update should fix things.

http://goo.gl/QmJOK should work no problems
I have a similar problem. Except it isnt a single blue line. Theres just blue squares appearing around my character or random object while i go pass them. Or just stand there and look from a random angle at a map. It is quite annoying especially on Sylvari maps as i cant see anything.
Heres some info about my Laptop.

Kacman, what the heck >.<
you have an ATI chip, that download is specifically for Intel chips.
you need to go to the AMD downloads site and check download from there.
Oh crap xD. Soz man my bad. As i said earlier im not the hawk in it. xD
For all ati/ amd graphics card users i had the exact same issue it is a glitch with the switchable graphics card not registering GW2 as something that requires high performance, in order to fix this go into “catalyst control” and set you graphics options to “always on high performance” and this should fix the issue
Hi everyone,
I am having a similiar issue. I too have weird coloured boxes and lines everywhere on my screen. It’s unplayable.
I have tried downloading all of the driver updates and bios from Hp – All seem up to date.
I have switched to high performance in catalyst and always trying to run on administrator.
I am at a total loss on what to try next.
