Same thing happens to my girlfriend, but on a much shorter interval – not more than 15 minutes, most of the time less than a minute.

Really disappointed with ArenaNet’s lack of response on this. Since I usually play Pvp, I have to wait 40 minutes in queue and when I get in, get disconnected after 5 minutes. Sometimes right before I disconnect, I cant send messages to players but i receive them fine and I also seem them moving around but just can’t send messages.

I’ve been having the same problem.
The client starts up fine, but after 10 or 15 minutes in game my network crashes. After the crash and I close out GW2, it starts working again after 5 minutes or so.

These are the 3 error codes she gets:

I had the same exact problem and I haven’t had any issues since I downloaded a fresh dat file last night. *knocks on wood* I’m definitely not saying that I’m 100% sure it solved the problem, but it’s worth a shot! It’s possible that there could be something in there that’s corrupted and it might cause our connections to freak out.

…aaaand the problem has returned. I guess “fresh install” can be added to the list of stuff that doesn’t help.
Can someone official please let us know that this problem (also discussed here) has been noted and someone is looking into it? Most of us have tried everything that’s been suggested for connectivity issues and none of it has helped. This is getting very frustrating and it makes playing the game (and anything else that requires the internet) impossible at times.

I don’t think we are going to get a response on here, so you guys should probably contact support if you haven’t done so already. Be sure to add all this stuff and any additional details you can think of that might help. They really need to address this issue!
