My friend tells me that she is able to log on after the crash. I get “connection failed please try again” Help please.

Anet is aware of the current log in issue and they are working on it to provide a fix as soon as possible as you can see in this message

Login and MK Dungeon issues

I have the same problem. Meanwhile, my family can, and I can log into the forums, so it isn’t an account or connectivity issue.

Same. Best thing about is that starting MONDAY I get to drive 1 hr 30mins+ to work all week long and this was my only freakin day to do all this event crap. Thanks Anet lol.

Same here, on top of that when I tried to log in from my laptop I got a “This account does not have gaming privileges” or something like that…then it went back to connection failed :/

Currently having the same issue. Haven’t seen much from anet about it yet. I have another computer on the same network that was able to connect. Does anyone know if this is a server side rather than client side issue? My guess is that it is, but that leaves us twiddling our thumbs until they fix it…
