Ever since yesterday’s patch when ever I open the lfg tool and click any of the dungeon tabs the game shuts down and I get the following error message:

“A serious error has occurred that prevents the program from continuing to run…”

This would be a Tech Support issue, rather than an Account issue. Try over there, and good luck.

same problem, since 15:00 today, i did ac p1 and everything was okay, then i wanted to look for p2/p3 and everytime i get crash, i can use any other dungeon.

Have the same problem like zahrexsiiszb.8472. Did AC p1, then everytime i want to use lfg the game crashes.

Just tried it with other Dungeon LFGs… there are no crashes… only at AC

still have this problem with all dungeons

Same problem for me (after last patch) game crashes when using LFG for TA and AC Dungeon.

For any of you getting this error code, could you please post your system specs (CPU, RAM, GPU, OS)? Also, does this happen when you just click the names of the dungeons or when you click to join a group?

In the meantime, I’d also advise sending in a support ticket as well.

issue happens on 2 distinct computers (i5 + gtx770 + 16Go RAM , Xeon + integrated GPU + 12 GO RAM) so this is not at all hardware related.
Might be the OS, both of mine are running win7 64bits.
Way to reproduce as soon as many people are playing:
- open lfg tool
- choose ascalonian dungeon
-> you won’t even see the list of pending groups, it will crash.

note that this doesn’t happen during low activity hours.

note: I systematically sent the error report yesterday.

Hi Ashley, I have Intel C2D E7500+ 4gb ram ddr2+ r6850 cyclone edition + windows 7. Never had problem with it since yesteday.

- open lfg tool
- choose any dungeon / fractal / player vs player
- and when i click on subcategory like AC, TA,SE whatever 20-39, Team pvp i get instant crash

EDIT: oh patch notes say its fixed, ok will try.

System is:

Intel i7 4771
Gtx 780m
Driver just updated
256gb SSD
8gb RAM

System crashes when showing lfgs of Dome Dungeons
Not when joining Party
