Guild Wars 2

Hello, please move my post if it is not in the proper place. I recently purchased GW2 (today) and I was wondering if the Digital Deluxe Edition on the home page is automatically added to my account, or if I have to redeem it somehow.

Again, sorry if my post is in the wrong place, I’m fairly new to GW2. ^-^

Create an account, and the Digital Deluxe items should be in your mailbox.

Also read the mails carefully. If you delete the account with the mails you lose most of the items.

Is this upgrade available only for new account?
I have bought GW2 two days ago and add it to the existing GW account.
Checked a real mail and in-game mail. Unfortunatly i have no free upgrade option or i can’t find it?

I’m a tad concerned about this as well… I bought the game on December 28th, installed it that day, created an account and started playing, not knowing anything about a free digital upgrade.

Since, I’m fairly certain I have not received any mail regarding this. Can someone look into this for me/us please?

I’m having issues as well. I just bought and registered the game on the 4th and I have no idea how to upgrade it to the free digital deluxe. Went to the black lion trading page in-game and no dice. Checked my in-game mail and nothing in there. Please help.

Me too I purchased the game and installed today (retail copy) and have received no mail or option too redeem the deluxe content. Obviously as the offer expires tomorrow I am concerned that I will not receive these items, where is the support commentary in this “support” forum as no one has responded here for over a week!.

Same issue, after finding out about the free upgrade, ran out and purchased a retail copy.

No Email or instructions on the upgrade have been received, or are online. Online information / advertisement state any copy purchased gets a free upgrade to Digital Deluxe, nowhere does it say it’s limited to copies purchased online.

“For a limited time, buy Guild Wars 2 and get a free upgrade to the Digital Deluxe Edition”.

Hoping to get my advertised upgrade… :/

*update- I emailed support and after a few messages they asked me to send a photo of receipt, serial code and box. I sent these and received my deluxe contents earlier today hope you all get yours.
