it starts always with saying it is downloading, it says 10MB you have to download or something but before it goes to say how many (‘cus it counts up to the final number) when it’s done counting the files it has to download, the download-speed indecator goes down to zero and then freezes and crashes i have tried adding the -repair and updating my drivers but it’s not working.

i can’t i’m at my grandma but i will try as soon as i can get home

I got the exact same problem. I am installing the game now. The download counter starts at about 7mb/s and then drops rappidly to 0. It stays at 0 for a couple of minutes after which it spontaneously starts at 7mb/s again……only to drop to 0 again. This is getting nowhere now.
I checked the internet connection, nothing wrong with it, other files download just fine (in steam or torrents)

turns out that my firewall was not turned on so i have turned it back on and tried to repair it… now i just have to wait til’ it is done and se if it works this time

mine, firewall turned off and run as administrator still not working, i dont know how to do, i’m new player here

nope it did not do any difference with trying to repair it i need more advice

mine seems to be fine now, downloading steady, i did turn off firewalls and went for some BF4. maybe something with the server on their end.

does anyone know how to fix this kitten ‘cus i’m getting tired of it

aaaaaaaand its back again.

First i thought it was fixed and did not have the time to complete the download.
So now that I do have the time the download kb/s keep dropping to 0 again, after which it start backup to 5+- and drops again fast……
