Hello, First of all my computer specs: I7, 16gb ram , 560gtx and Corsair SSD

So i’ve been running the game smoothly , But when i get at some place with a lot of mobs and players (example:Cursed Shore) People just Disappear. There’s at least 15 people with me ok, Suddenly when the DE Starts everyone that is 20 meters away from me just disappear and appear again after DE ends, or if i get really close to them and wait a few seconds. this is really annoying me, and disturbing my gameplay.

Please give me a solution. Thanks (:

Read Q11 about Question#6 on Culling issues, might be why as explained by the developer.

Thanks i read everything. but acctually it’s not happening only in WvW, but in High Populated Pve Events aswell. so it have been 13 days since the post and he said: “So, will it get better? I can’t make any promises because we’re still experimenting and building new tech, but as a person who works on this every day I certainly believe that it can and will do everything in my power to make that happen.”

This is a good answer but not as good as i was expecting, he said he doens’t know if it will truly get better, and for real this is not the answer i wanted

PS.: Please Anet u need to improve this! this game is made for Lots of people to stand and play together at the same place, thats the reason of events and a Super Massive WvW. and just like me , i’m sure that lots of people Bought and improved the CPU just to play this game! so its not fair with us, to not get 100% performance because of your engine.

I got this during the ‘one time event’ in the middle of LA when the Madking 1st broke through. Had people around me being culled even though my FPS was easily 35-45 which means there was no reason to cull anything ..maybe if i droped to 15 or 20 fps then it could start culling. But i want that option myself.. I want control of the cull distance.

Highly populated PVE aresa will exhibit similar conditions as WvWvW. Wouldn’t be surprise to see it happening else where like events etc. Its not the answer you wanted, but at least we know they are aware and actively working on it. Not an easy issue to solve without alienating users with lower end machines/connection.

Really Intense Draw Distance drops at the Hallowen Events

I’m Sure this Picture will show how big the issue is , they were with taken a max o1 minute intervalue.

First one Shows thats has no players next to mad king! ( Buy there is a lot)

Second, i got closer to him, and wait around ~15seconds, so people appears, but not everyone people still appear and disappear every second.
