Guild Wars 2

Hi there! I just purchased Guild Wars 2 the other night and trying today to set up my permanent home server, but whenever I select a server I get the error code stated in the topic title. Than it takes me right back to the server selection page. I’ve tried closing my client and restarting it a bunch of times to no avail.

I just bought the game last night and I’m getting the same error.

I can log in with my friend account and I can play just fine. The issue only occurs on my new account.

I’m also having this issue, just purchased last night and downloaded on mac beta. Have been receiving it all morning- it’s quite infuriating.

Same here….bought the game 2 hours ago..installed, patched, and now…nothing. Anyone working on this? I’ve browsed the forums and have seen no answer…..

Same issue here. Was hoping to start playing this game with my friends on the first weekend I’ve had off work in like forever…guess that ain’t gonna happen.

Yup having the same problem. Not a happy camper here.

By the way my husband is sitting right next to me logged on to his account he just created a day ago – no problems with our internet connection.

Same with my brother, he bought the game yesterday, installed and patched it and now he can’t select his home server.

I’ve submitted a question to support. I suggest you all do also, would bog them down to have this issue pushed to the front.

I’d like to add too that my friend is often out at my house and plays GW2 on his laptop. Our connection is fine.

Seems the issue has to do with very recently created accounts.

I filed a support ticket as well. My question for you all is this: have any of you tried setting your home world to a medium population server in Europe? I have tried every American Server and get the error so far.

I’ve considered it but have yet to do so. I don’t want to deal with the lag due to the far away server ping. I would love to see if that has helped anyone.

Was it still a 3032 error or was the first set of numbers entirely different?

Excellent I’m glad I’ve made aware of the problem on here. I was seeing some posts about this on other gaming forums but not this one. As well, I have send in a Support ticket just now and as Aodan has suggested I strongly recommend it. Hopefully all of us new players can get our hands on it today.

It’s fixed! BUT, i accidentally erased my password and can’t remember it and now can’t find my serial code to reset my password. Last laugh is on me lolz!!!!!
