Hello, I had until now like 70fps most of time, however using v-sync, so capped at 60.
Now with v-sync on or off doesn’t matter, my fps are capped at number 32. In menu, in game, staring at wall with setings all at lowest(maximum performance). What is this really?
My in-game fps limiter is set to 60, however I just won’t get more then 32, and it’s not because of low hardware, because I used to run at 60+ most of time, and with lowest settings it was around 140 fps. Now no matter what graphic settings I set, it’s always 32. No more, not less(unless biiig fights in wvw)
So yeah, no big deal, but what the **** are you doing there guys?

There is an option where you can limit the FPS to 30 or 60 somewhere .. else you can
rename your local.dat file, that will reset all your settings to default. If it doesn’t fix it
just delete the new local.dat and rename the old back.

the frame rate limiter is buggy, i set it at unlimited and turn vsync on which caps my fpsat 60 anyways without tearing.
