I was really lucky to finish a secret passage and after I just jumped out from that area my game crashed again. I need help with this issue. Attaching the crash error as a file.

I’ve sent over a dozen of the UI pop-up crash reports.

I haven’t been given a single reason nor any help to date – over a month of blue screens and crashing and either one or no other windows open…

I’ve repaired game files. The issue still exists game freezing and exits to desktop numerous times a day, hindering me for playing longer events really. Any official help?q

i got this error too. Don’t have a clue how to repair/fix this. Can Anet do something?
