Game is very laggy
It’s their servers. They’re great at this. Been like this for the past 3 days for me. Play all day and works brilliantly – 5.30 on the dot the lag begins. Still carry on trying to play and this time (6.45) the servers get all “rammed” up and the lag makes it unplayable.
LOADS of people are having this problem but nobody is writing on the forums, they all think it is their connection or something else that is the problem – fact is their servers suck and they have yet to acknowledge this. The game is playable in the UK from 11pm (I have found) until 5.30pm the following afternoon. Between 5.30 and 10.30 you might as well not bother. 90% of my guild suffer with the problem, but some don’t – it’s extremely random and thoroughly frustrating.
Hi Bastien welcome to guild wars, it seems english players around 6pm onwards are all having huge lag problems, no official word from Anet on the subject yet so I don’t really know what to say.
I play this game with my partner and any other time is fine (also used to be fine at this time ALL the time before the new update) its just 6pm – 12am (midnight) I see the lag and throw my hands up in the air and say that’s my guild wars for the day… I’m sure they will fix the issues so don’t lose faith in the game, but hey what a bad time to start huh? ^^
Ah okay. Well, it’s good to know it’s not a problem on my end. Hopefully they will fix it soon.
:)
yeah happened every night at this time for me for last 2 weeks, I just play other games or watch TV for the slot it is :P
Good Luck getting ANY kind of reply, There are threads about this covered in cobwebs that they don’t even reply to.
They keep this up and they will be lucky to have any customers at all.

Perhaps some attention will be given to the squeaky wheel.
