Is this a known issue at the moment? My game client is encountering an error in which it says the client cannot connect to the log-in server.

The same happening here after the client loaded an update (Build: 19878) with an Error Code 58:11:5:512.
I am on Aurora Glade EU server.

Same issue, loaded a new map and got the crash dialog box. Opened the game up again and it downloaded the new client/patch but everytime I click log in it says unable to connect to login server.

Same here, might have something to do with the patch that just came out.
Fix one to break another.

Same thing just happened to me as well… came here to post about it. Plaid earlier today, got in no problem. Went out since I got stuck in the WvW que. Came back, downloaded the patch, and it won’t let me in the login now.

Hope that helps. I was on this morning no probs but after the small patch that was loaded just now as I jumped on ,Fail.

Had the same issue after resetting my client to fix its lucky banding.

The game doesn’t want to seem to catch its self up after my lag spikes and just sits there queing my skills till it logs me out or i reset it manually, resetting my client during a CoF run and bam, cant get back in.

Same issue over here. Restarted my client, tried to log-in again and the log-in server is down.

patch possibly connects to a new log-in server that’s not up yet? Either way it’s not working for me either after patch.

Same error something changed the path to the log in server or something lol

Same for me, and the 4 other members of my party….and about 20 other guildmates on TS3 atm.

Unable to login for the same reason, totally lame as the link to support is broken ;(

This is annoying me. First, I ran into a quest that couldn’t be completed because the NPC decided to stop doing what they’re suppose to do. I’ve completed this quest 3 previous times and for it to mess up now is very frustrating. Now I close the client to get the patch, but it prevents me from logging back in. What a waste of time.

personally, i think its just kinda funny that this is occurring for everyone that’s trying to get into the game and there’s no speedy announcement on the forum splash page to help ease anxiety…

Oh god, a game without a subscription has gone down momentarily, alert the media, the world is over.

Well I was having a nice night playing and now I am also stuck. Says the client can’t connect, did a full repair and only found this post on ppl stuck. No official news or announcements. I hope this gets fixed fast, I wish to play please.
