Guild Wars 2

Hi everyone im trying to install Guild wars 2 on my new laptop which is Lenovo Y510P but im getting this error as soon as i click yes for the game client . But i managed to install the game on my previous laptop which is an old model Acer Aspire 4755G. Can anyone tell me what the problem is?

This is the same error I am getting. I listed a bunch of info in my post called exception: c0000005. Check that out and see how much compares. I also have tried a bunch of stuff that I listed as possible fixes. who knows maybe one will work for you.

Okay, I might have a solution for you. In a completely unrelated event I ended up uninstalling office 2010. When I tried to install/run the game it worked. I have exited and entered the game several times now, and I have been able to run it after restarts and shutdowns. Weird, but it works.
