I’ve been experiencing a constant lag problem since the hotfix on Sep 18. Pretty much exactly how you described.

hehe.. I seen that the OP editted for speedtest and I also ran one when my guildie suggested it. I’m through the roof on speed and everything I can think to use to bog down my internet speed is on and still working great, except for gw2

I would like to add that, I am also experiencing the problems that those above me are having.

here too.
i cant play like this, a lot of lag spikes and disconect but not disconect from the full game, they just push me for character page select.
this is happens only on gw2 another games are ok.
PS: it started yesterday

Yup for me its same thing, I cant even open merchants in towns…. Never happened before.

I am seeing the same thing here. Crash to char select or it does the crash but then can’t connect to login server

When you do get ingame; type in “/ip” to get the IP of your server. Then in Windows, go to Start and type in “cmd” and hit enter. At the command prompt type in “pathping <ip>” and post the results.
