Guild Wars 2

Was killing skelks in southsun overflow with few guildies, then suddenly all the skelks stopped moving, I can move around but cant use any skills. This goes on for 30 secs then got DCed from the game. Now I log in to the character selection screen, when i select a char and press play it would go on to loading screen and i get this error.

Anyone else having the same issue?
And nothing in my home network has changed, and i am able to log into the GW2 and get into the character selection screen.

Yep same problem here.

Whats worse… I got a supply crate drop during that 25mins of skelk farming, now at the hero selection screen its showing my hero at LA…. hope that 25mins of farming is not lost >.<

I’ve had this error for the last three hours. Same symptomatic start (high latency, disconnected); same error code.

Characters active when disconnected are shown as in Lion’s Arch regardless of where they were previously.

After the client update still receiving error code 42:5:7:933:101.

Attempting to guest to other servers doesn’t change the behavior and no characters successfully enter world. This code is not listed in the wiki or in the support database.

Being incapable of entering a bug without having loaded a character into the world is a rather poor coding decision.

I am having the same issue for several hours now.

has anyone got it sorted yet if so plz someone tell me what i have to do i am haveing same prob errer code 42:5:7:933:101

Anet sent me an email saying it was an intermittent issue that should be resolved. I tried logging in with the same error. The issue is not yet resolved.

Same, just jumped on bf3 because gw2 was unplayable and no issues at all.

Yeh I’m having the same problem, I restored my computer twice, reset my internet 10+ times, repaired the game, turned off protection and firewalls, reinstalled my protection, scanned everything and it still didn’t work also my character appears to be wearing crab toss items on the character screen
