Still can’t log in, Error Code 34:4:5:920 Server: Ruins Of Surmia. EU Server. Keeps saying Transaction in progress. Any news ArenaNet?

I’m from Poland playing on server EU Blacktide and I have dynamic IP address.
I still can’t log-in to game and E-mail authenticator doesn’t work.
I have error 42:0:9001:4103 & 42:9001:4105

I am from EU
I get Error Code 34:4:5:920

Hello,
I don’t personally get issues, but my girlfriend does.
We’re both on EU servers, and we’ve tried connecting from different computers as well as resetting ip/dns options.

My account works from both computers, hers work on neither and provides the same error code each time. It seems to have nothing to do with connectivity as per the point above. If it were DNS or routing issues we’d probably have the same issues on at least one of the computers.

A qualified guess could be it’s account-related and possibly due to outage in (parts of?) a (clustered/distributed?) login setup. Though I guess for that sort of thing to persist like this, it’d need to be statically routed by account, and not by IP.

Hopefully some of this helps.

Spoke too soon.. Same problem still occurs..

And to those who get the “transaction in progress” message. That was the second message I got, then it changed 42:0:9001:4105 to 42:0:9001:4103 messages. Odd thing is that my guild friend is playing as we speak (without problems) and he can see me online for few seconds here and there..

Some people have been able to get in in the last 10 minutes by just trying over and over again, so persist!

Keep it down. You never worked on servers or even networking in general did you? There are literally thousands of things that can go wrong and faults can hide themselves pretty darn well. So Anet might not even have a clue what the actual error is as of yet. That is why they want more of us reporting, so they can track this thing down.

You payed for this game. That makes us the costumer. That gives us the right to complain if the game just doesnt work.

Imagine this situation: you have a subscription to a daily paper. And one day the paper doesn’t show up but the boy regularly delivering it to you tells: ‘There are literaly thousands of things which can go wrong, so sadly no paper today!’.

I understand what your saying. Don’t overreact. But saying we should keep our mouths shut because ‘we don’t know anything about this situation’ is just unjustified.

We don’t have to know a thing about it. We pay them to know something about situations like this.

Getting reoccuring disconnects during the night for about a week now, i believe with a similar error and an unavailable login-server.

Can’t login like the rest of the guys, it’s like that for some hours now.

Now after finally being able to login to the forums, I would also like to write a post about this issue.

Also couldn’t login for hours, had all the error codes listed above. Now I’m able to login to the game, but my account name has also been changed to my email address in the character screen.

Trading post is still showing 502 proxy error.

I was in the game in AC when my map with the waypoints suddenly was black fürst i tried log out and log in it diddnt help. After that i tried to restart the game and couldnt get in!! As i posted before i get Error Code 34:4:5:920. EU-Elonafels
