Guild Wars 2

I have had gw2 on my computer about an hour ago, i did a system restore to clean up my computer and every time i try to open the game from the dvd drive window it just disappears and won’t download please help!!

When the pop-up asks “do you want to allow this program to make changes to your computer” i hit yes the gw2 window open for half a second and then shuts off… even disabled my firewall and tried to run as admin no luck

nobody knows how to fix this?

kinda hard to help you without more information about your system…anyways:

go to “my account” and “download client” and try that one.

System restore should not ever be used to “clean up” a computer. It is a safety feature intended to allow you to recover the system in the event of a serious failure.

But to try and resolve this; Go to Control Panel>Programs and look for GW2 and uninstall it if you find it. Then try re-installing the game again.
