Hello all,

I’m experiencing some random black screen issues, during the game.

The screen turn black; i can listen the background music but not the effect sound(like casting a spell or human voices etc..) The cursor can be moved, f11 and f12 works great but the only thing i can do is press ctrl+alt+canc and quit the game.

This is my config.
i5 2500 No OC
Crossfire 7850 No Oc whit last driver 12.11 beta and last cap
8Gb Amd Ram cl 888
SSD Vertex Agility 3
Corsair HX 650

This is happening whitout giving me any windows error, the screen turn black and nothing happen.

Really dunno what to do, because for the 1 month I played the game worked well, then i did not play the game for about anoter month, and now this issue. I tried all the solution given by Anet(antialysing ccc cap drivers)

Every help will be great!

PS.

I was reading that this is a common issue and some people solved it connecting directly to the modem, bypassing the router.

I have a wimax connection that go in a router/modem that switch the signal to the other computers.

Check to see if you have any apps running in the background that has a pop open
window like an IM or weather bug, if so disable them

Try suggestions in Part 7.3

No apps in the background.

I think the possible cause depends on my wimax 4g connection.
Is such an unstable connection!

I always use this isp(linkem) since i bought the game but the error is now!
The connection sometimes change the frequency and the ip of the isp change.. dunno

Kirito: Tried all taht stuff but i cannot disable isp firwall cause my antenna seems to not have it!

I’m somehow relived to hear so many others have this problem too. It’s been driving me crazy since I bought the game a few days ago, and at first I thought it was just my Nvidia driver.

I do not think that is a releated to vga issues, but i still have this problem.

try turning he gpu fan up, you can use overdrive(built into the driver) or trixx or afterburner, I only get black/grey screen issues when my cards vrm’s get to hot.

I have the same issue and I tried everything.

No way, tried the impossible….I don’t know…

Still having crashes…i can say that is an issue releated to my internet connection
My temps are low(65°)…what a mess..I can play ALL the games of this world without problems…only this sucks!! i’m going to sell the game -.-

PS. tickets in game not working ….
