Rate Your Support
On the rate your support page, it gives me the option to type in a comment with my rating, but I do not see a submit button? Am I missing something?
Hmmm… that’s a good question. Let me ask one of the team to look into that.
Just wondering, did you try hitting “Enter” to see if it “took?”
Thanks for letting us know!

I pressed enter and nothing happened. I can’t find anything to interact with anywhere on the page. There is just a box and a button that allows to pick whether I was satisfied or not, but I see no submit button.
It is possible that I am just looking over it, but I looked really hard.
HAHAHA, this (intentional?) bug has been still exists?!
I’m sure that they already seen that they don’t get any feedback for a while..
I suppose they don’t want to receive that so many negative feedback about their support lately, due they can’t handle the constant disconnecting bug still for example, but they are just blaming players ISP instead.
I already mentioned that support rating issue to them in my support ticket as well in January 02..
Somehow, I expected to hear something back by now.
Can we have a submit button? We like pushing buttons.
Perhaps label the button: “Skill 1 – Auto-attack: Submit !”?
Sorry I couldn’t resist – seemed funny at the time
I confess I forgot this thread, and I’m sorry! Let me look into this now!

I did send an email, and followed up, but I need to ping people again to ask about this. It seems to have cropped up about Tuesday, but I don’t know if it has been corrected or not.
If you can submit, could you please let me know? If not, thank you for being patient about this and I will continue to try to get this fixed and/or more information about the problem.

We would appreciate some feedback from players if you are still experiencing this issue, that is, if you are asked to submit a survey but find you cannot, you know, actually submit it.
- What browser(s) and Version(s) did you try?
- What is your ticket number?
- What is the error message you receive, if any, or is the option to submit simply greyed out?
- What is the URL of the survey page you were on when you were filling out a survey.
We’re looking into this. Some players are getting their responses through to us, but we’re wondering why others cannot send, so your help would be greatly appreciated!

I am shamelessly bumping this because we want to make sure that you do have the option to send a support survey, if you want to do so.
Is anyone having difficulty with the survey? Either a broken link or a non-functional “submit” button? Alternately, if you have been able to submit a survey it would be super-helpful for us to know that, too.
Thanks for any updates you can provide.

I tried to submit one, but I’m not sure if it went through or not. When I clicked on the link in the email, it opened IE to the GW2 Support page with a copy of my original ticket and two rating choices, which I believe were the same in the email; “Good, I’m satisfied” and “Bad, I’m unsatisfied” with a comments box, but no submit button.
I copied the link over to Firefox and this time it included a “submit your rating” button on the right side of a large bar that covered a good portion of the bottom of the screen. After writing my comment and pressing the button, it might have submitted it, but I can’t be sure. The page became buggy after that and wouldn’t really respond. And since the button was “Submit your rating”, I can’t be sure if it submitted my comments or just my rating either.
Hi, Gaile. You may want to check over in the Forum/Website Bugs forum as several players have also been reporting this issue as still happening. I posted in their threads informing them of this thread so they may come here to update you on their issues persisting.

Our surveys were changed in the last day or two, but for those of you still having trouble, we’d really like to know the following:
- What browser(s) and Version(s) did you try?
- What is your ticket number?
- What is the error message you receive, if any, or is the option to submit simply greyed out?
- What is the URL of the survey page you were on when you were filling out a survey.
We consider our surveys a very important part of what we do for our players, and we use them to improve how we operate. So we want those surveys and need them in order to get better. Thanks for completing a survey and, if you have trouble doing so, thanks again for letting us know in this thread so we can work on any issues.

Seems like the people having issues forgot about this now, but I got an email asking me to rate GW2 support and I know stuff like this is important to a company, so I’ll post as much info as I can.
I’m using Firefox 20.0.1, but I read that other people are having the issue on Chrome.

There’s no error message. The “Good, I’m satisfied” and “Bad, I’m unsatisfied” buttons seem clickable, but when I hover over them they just show the address of the current page and don’t do anything when clicked. There’s nothing else on the page except the usual links at the bottom. I’ll include a screenshot here to show what I’m looking at. I cropped it to hide my ticket info but left the ticket number on there.
And just because I have no other way to submit it right now, I’ll say here that I am satisfied with support. They responded faster than I expected them to, and even though I realized almost immediately that the issue was caused by my own stupidity and I panicked before noticing nothing was actually wrong that wasn’t easily fixed, they emailed me just to show that they got the ticket and were making sure all was well. Most companies ignore you as soon as you say everything’s fine.
