Does anybody has a similiar problem like this.

Yes, similar sound issues only since this morning’s patch, using onboard Realtek ALC883. I get stuttering and metallic zinging. I tried updating my Nvidia drivers from the 304 beta to 306 beta but am not sure it’s helped much.

Yup, having the same problem since launch. I did change soundcard recently, but the problem remained. It is especially prevalent on my warrior, when using Hundred Blades, although the stuttering I am experiencing is not as bad as what you have.

It’s been annoying me to no end though, since I can hardly play with the sounds on.

Oh yes. Sound through Realtek chip in this game seems to be a complete mess. Aside from ambient weirdness, I can’t hear dialogs at all. Just glad I had an Logitech usb headset. While it’s also buggy, it’s not as bad as that (at least playable). I hope they fix it soon.
