The last couple times I’ve tried clicking the “Take Screenshot” button when sending a bug report, my client has sort of frozen. It would appear as if the game is completely frozen, but the application itself doesn’t freeze and I can still move the mouse cursor. Other than that, the entire game is frozen. Tooltips, window positions, my character, etc.

I do not get any sort of crash report submit. I just close my client (it closes instantly and without hesitation) and have to start it back up again. I am also, of course, unable to report the bug.

Your client should only freeze for a second or so since its taking a snapshot of the current frame.Try a repair client perhaps.

After I start using driver ATI Catalyst 13.2 beta, my screen would randomly freeze on screen shots. I need to alt-tab and go back in to reset. Sometimes the computer would crush altogether.

I also have this problem with the 13.2 beta drivers, tried with two different video cards. It only seems to happen on the 2nd SS, and when I check my screen shots, the last SS (the one where the game, and sometimes my computer temporarily freeze) is simply a copy of the previous SS.
