I dont have cd Drive so i cant install my new bios but idk why its crashing it wasent before day 1 but now 2-4 days later its crashing every 10mins heres the info log

From what you have pasted in, it looks like a memory issue. Lets try running memtest on your RAM, you can do this with a flash drive (I’m with you, CD/DVD is a dead technology IMO). Make sure to run memtest while a single stick of RAM is in your computer. Then, swap out the stick of RAM for another after it memtest completes a few passes.
