Bump?
Anyone able to help me? I’m trying to find the source of my in-game lag.

I asumeyou actually mean lag and not low FPS.
In which case that info is showing a shockingly high packet loss near the end of its route.
Unfortunatly im no network wizard, but since its near the end of the route its likely close by or owned by Anet. In which case contacting them and opening a ticket is likely your best bet.

Thank you for replying, SolarNova. Yeah, I mean real lag not FPS issues. I’ve done everything I could think of to fix the issue from my end and came to the conclussion that it must be an internet issue. GW2 support page says run the -diag, so I did but alas I have no idea how to interpret it beyond “this is the trace route part”.
So you’re saying the packet loss is at their end? Not mine? Should I be contacting my ISP or ANet about this then?

Zane, your getting packet loss from the get go coming right from your home router. This is a problem. If I check mine (which I have in the past) I will get 0 packet loss with the exception of maybe when I hit the final hops on ANets end. The fact that you’re getting packet loss from your router and going through your ISP leads me to believe there is an issue on your end.
How are you connecting to your home router (i.e. wireless, Cat5)?

I would sugest checking with ur ISP.
As Rabbid stated ..you are getting packet loss relativly early on which does hint at an issue.
See what your ISP says, do what ever they sugest, then try again the trace route again.
