fps went down from 40+ to less than 20

my fps went down after the patch last night. my specs are
i7 3630 QM @ 2.40ghz with turboboost
GeForce 650m 2gb
16gm ram
and my laptop is Alienware M14x R2
help please

Play with the WvW culling settings in the options graphic menu until you are happy with the fps and detail.

Low CPU usage is bottle-necking the graphics for a lot of people. ANET needs to seriously focus on this issue.
