Guild Wars 2

In the middle of game play my game freezes and makes a weird dubstep noise. how can i fix this? i already tried decreasing the graphics and that stuff but nothing works. it really annoying i cant complete a dungeon without getting glitched out and forced to shut down my computer because if not i can do anything
