SoS was just a 2-week stand (1st week FA was still around).

Nobody can take FA’s place – that is 22-week relationship, more than anyone else TC has ever dated … errr… fought :P.

I don’t get it. FA really wanted to fight TC last time. And now that they do and is about to end, all the negative talks are filling this forum like a plague.

Speaking on a personal basis, i returned this week to gw2 after a 4 month break, being all about wvw thats where i headed upon arrival. What i found out was no picknick .

I saw that TC has achieved a substancial coverage across all zones, they can field over 40+ peeps at any given time and across diferente maps. This shows that they have been able to secure either transfers or more players interested in participating in wvw. Kudos to TC.

This and the fact that KN has been absent most of the days, made this entire week about TC v FA, because we are not able to field similar numbers, our chances didnt amount to much. Nevertheless we were out there giving it our best, i am glad to see the FA spirit still lives.

With such inbalance the best and the worst came up, we saw players show high sportsmanship and respect for their oponentes, and we also saw those that feast on the humilliation of others, i would like to believe that this are the excpetion to the rule.

Having this said, and considering the numbers fielded this week by all sides, TC’s score is simply the result of massive mumbers and all around good coverage, its a well deserved victory tho it was a huge pain. I lost count of the times i was demolished by that zerg that seemed to be everywhere. Maybe T1 is the place for TC now.

To all FA that gave it all, and never gave up, nice to see that fire still burns.

TC doesn’t have nearly enough coverage for T1 atm… we’re still primarily a USA server. It can be hard for others to get onto our server as well since there is a very large/active PvE community here.

TC is now in a class of it’s own. Tier 1.5

Thanks for the fights this week all. Regardless of anything that happened over the last few pages I hold no ill feelings. Life goes on.

Bumping into a friendly FA guardian recently reminded me that not once, ever, has any FA invited me to a party to trash talk me. Every single time, it’s been for a friendly chat (even if we beat each other up a few times while talking, seeing as I was escorting yaks that the guardian wanted dead ).

Thank you, FA, for most of your players being classy. It’s always a pleasure to fight you.

Sad that our side repays that through exploiting a glitch to steal one of your keeps. T_T

I have a love/hate relationship with FA. Most of them were ok. Some of them were great. But at the time leading up to my transfer, the suck of the few really outweighed the awesome of the most.

I don’t think it’s that bad. My experience with FA (and kainang) this week has been 90% positive. Aside from us outnumbering them 80% of the time, there have been some good fights.

There was a bit of drama on these forums, but I really think those involved represent a vocal minority of both servers (who like to complain), and if you read through it, you’ll see that even they resolved their differences by the end.

Been a great matchup, guys, and I hope to see FA again sometime, though maybe after you guys get a match-up where you’re on top for a while.

I kinda wish they’d stop with the new stuff for a bit so I can get back to focusing on some WvW.

Like usual I had a wonderful time fighting TC. Numbers were certainly more oppressing than in the past, and KN wasn’t around enough during the week, but over all it was fun.

We out ran a TC zerg and took KN hills from them while they were still killing our siege on the plateau…guess they didn’t realize we had taken down inner from the other side.

edit: We also ninja’d hills and bay via mesmer at different times. Nothing like having a small force and taking something fully fortified.

EP I would say thanks for the bags, but I have a feeling it was give and take with you guys. Much respect, you are now officially the best guild on TC. You guys roll deep, but not squishy deep. This is a good thing to see from TC!

I tend to be on at odd hours but this often means I catch other servers at their best. Love you FA and KN. I had fun frolicking and sleeping among the FA zerg between Garri and Sunny TCBL last night. You all seemed perfectly awesome to me – you only killed me when my baby quaggan cuteness went too far and got near your guards. Oh and you had “that one guy” who always tries to kill the playful people – but we have them too – why are they almost always mesmers with twohanders? Is it the laser beams that drives them into a psychotic rage?

Hey Everyone,

Banelene, of RE, here. I don’t post often, I hate drama, and I love GW and WvW. To my old friends of Kain, I miss you guys and I wish it was possible to guest WvW because you are a great group and you work your butts off. To those who don’t know me on FA, we’ve had some great battles and I’ve seen a lot of both good things and bad things from each of us.

There are times I’ve felt ashame for both things my server-mates have done in-game, as well as on the forums, and on their behalf allow me to say I’m sorry and we will strive to be better. This is a game, is meant to be fun, and there’s just way too much politics and emotion involved right now. Take a deep breath.

That being said I’m very proud to be a part of RE and TC. RE, thank you for teaching me to be a better player, for understanding the strenghts and weaknesses of each class and my own builds. You’ve taught me how to be competitive yet still have fun; yes we do still Kareoke every Thursday night while we zerg.

TC, thank you for being so welcoming and supportive of myself, my guild, and our commanders. You’re so much fun to play with both in and out of WvW. I love the RP’ing community that is so big here and I think it contributes immensly to the fun had by all—thank you.

FA and Kain, I wish you both the best in your match-ups next week, whether against TC or anyone else. I hope we can be more civil next time we fight and remember that the actions of a select few DO NOT DEFINE A SERVER.

I dunno. Everyone on TC seems to have their own take. Personally, I hate spawn camping, because I’ve been spawn camped, and had my BL 100% enemy capped, and I know how crappy it feels. So it’s not something I think is cool and if it’s being done, I won’t participate. From this TC’er anyway, sorry you’re stuck at the sucky end of this. I was PvDooring Red Keep water gate a few minutes ago. Next thing I know I was on the Kaining Arrow Cart. Somehow I got across the gate. I partied up with the guy from KN and apologized, but I did damage the arrow cart. Sorry about that. I was not really paying attention, and as soon as I did tried to sit down and let the guys kill me.

I don’t know how I exploited through. That’s not what I am about, and that is not what the people I was playing with are about.

Did they fix NW tower gate on BL’s yet? If not, I can only imagine the situation with these EB gates. That NW tower gate has been bugged since the beginning afaik.

Yep I glitched through about 10 minutes ago, and jumped right out. Had me confused for a moment…

I hope I don’t get reported.

I know a bunch of KN saw me, I hope they saw me jump right back out…its broken.

EDIT: CRAP it happened again to a bunch of FA, sorry KN we took it this time. although we had a golem and it was a forgone conclusion, but ya thats a pretty annoying bug.

I suggest making a new thread or adding to the EB version of the bug thread about this issue. The more feedback people leave the easier it should be to squash this bug.
