Hands of Divinity [HoD] on Devona’s Rest is currently recruiting for WvW!!

HoD is an established and very active PvX guild that has a primary focus of WvW. We have recently cleaned out some of the inactive and are currently at 460 members.
-WvW
Looking to add to the already dominant field presence of HoD to be able to fully dominate 2 maps(or more) by its self. We pride ourselves on zerg busting and are always looking for a fight. We use TeamSpeak for pinpoint accurate movement and striking. We collaborate with and assist other guilds in WvW with capturing and defending.
-PvE
HoD does all Guild Events weekly and has every available guild buff unlocked.

Hands of Divinity is a devoted and loyal Devona’s Rest guild that started on DR and will always be on DR.

I have recently left the Server SoR in search of a new server home after a 7 month break , When i posted in the forums , An HoD memeber refered me to DR and thier guild. The gave me the TS (teamspeak info) and aloud me to listen in on thier wvw night. HoD commanders were pretty strait forward . To the point and the the way the guild work together was amazing close to T1 status. I from SoR when they were in Teir 1 and believe me i do think this guild is clost to that.

Anyway i joined the server and the guild , and so far im in love with it, everyone help each other there are didicated wvw players on as well as PvE Fractals ( i personaly do alot of fractal runs with the hod party. as well as WvW)

It took a few guilds to hop to and from, but in the end I found HoD, and have never been happier. The weekly guild events and daily WvW runs are so planned that you don’t even realize the time anymore. Best decision I’ve ever made to join HoD, and I hope others will experience what I have in the recent months.

GREAT guild, great in WvW & proud to have them call DR home. Super players, commanders know what they are doing, lots of fun to run with and Silent..one of a kind. Highly recommend this group to anyone looking for fun loving, hard working, committed to WvW excellence people…They rock!

Played in many WvW guilds on DR since release, and HoD gives one of the best experiences out there. Always very friendly, coordinated game play, and plenty of helpful individuals in HoD ready to jump in lend aid.

I think I am going to join HoD all over again. Solid group of players, typically 35+ at any given time past Noon and 70+ during our Guild Primetime. Great fighters, great knowledge and great looks all within one Guild. You can’t find a sexy combination like that just anywhere.

We do get pretty rowdy and jazzed up haha. Running against GoM and DH this week. They will be having nightmares of HoD!!!!

We have approached 500 members again and we have decided to create another HoD guild as a overflow. We now have room for many more members to come and fight with us.

im looking to transfer to another server im hardcore wvw player im on pretyy nuch 24/7 but I just spent most of my gold to fully finish my build so if you guys were interested in picking me up I may need some donations until I can pay u back but id love to join u rguild if still recruiting

What server are you currently on?

Coming before the tournament there will be some changes to the transfer costs. As it stands you will have the opportunity (for no gem cost) to join an amazing guild on a great server that is rising in ranks. Currently ranked 21 and pushing. Great core on DR and with an influx of numbers we will rise again.

HoD is a great group of people. I joined just under a year ago, and was there for the good times when Devona’s Rest was a dominant force in WvW, and the bad times when we were stuck at the lowest of the low. Those dark days appear to be behind us, with our WvW initiatives with other DR guilds making a noticeable difference in our group control and co-ordination.

Within our guild, we can consistently run 15-25 man organized groups and wreak havoc in enemy borderlands. We’ve taken a specialization to doing so, combined with our other large allied guilds RED and BRL, can maximize ppt efficiency and dominate our timeslot.

Despite running our guild groups separately, we have every WvW commander running a different group linked to each other via whispers to maximize our efficiency in taking and keeping objectives. So even if HoD isn’t the right fit for your WvW experience, there are many other guilds on DR, one of which is bound to fit your needs.

DR is a server on the rise, and HoD has been one of the driving forces behind it. Come join us as we rise up and see how far we go!

As several people have said above, big things are happening in DR these days and I don’t think anyone will argue that HoD isn’t playing a major role in the server’s revival – especially with regards to WvW. We have a great group of players who love to stomp some faces and aren’t afraid to have some fun doing so. We push our players hard to be the best they can be. Maybe we push too hard for some, but if you’re looking for a competitive guild to take your game to a higher level, I highly suggest you give us a shot.

Hmmm….what can I say about HoD, awesome players, awesome fighters. There is always fun times and help when it is needed. WvW primarily is my favorite with these guys…melting and smashing faces is a very good feeling especially if you run with us. =)

[HoD] one of Devonas old guild!! some members are old friends of mine! even though we get into a little friendly arguement sometimes we still love each other! after all Devonas is our home and in a home there is a family.
Leader Silent does a good job leading HoD using Teamspeak for accurate open field battles during guild runs. they also run different team builds

Well what can I say about HoD… Its been an amazing guild, only been a member for a few months now, but definitely my home. I love when we take a 30 man zerg and just roll over nearly twice our numbers if not more. Granted our other guilds help make our success possible, I like how HoD never backs down. HoD has definitely helped me grow to be a better player and really looking forward to this season with my guildies and the rest of our server. If you want a strong community and a good time join us and take part in the great things to come:) DR will rise again

As a player that was looking to learn and grow I can tell you I found a home with HoD. So many knowledgeable people willing to teach and show you how to be a better player in a fun atmosphere. I’ve learned so much from this great group of people in such a short time. I had no experience with WvW before I joined and I can honestly say it has been a ton of fun.

Do you guys have numbers comparable to gom and fc?

Can’t verify against GoM but yes DR is ahead of FC right now in this matchup. We held our borderland against 40 from AR and 20 plus from FC without losing a keep. We had both of them on inner bay last night and pushed them out while killing a golem rush at hills and maintaining a offensive force in the four other maps. DR is a coordinated and lethal fighting force and HoD Hands of Divinity if a leading part of our force. Come over to DR to get into these solid and enjoyable fights.

We are definitely keeping pace ahead of FC. DR has grown a lot. Numbers are not everything…but they sure help. DR now has quality and quantity. We are going to do very well in bronze during the tournament.

How is the pve community for like living story raids, etc?

Normally pretty solid during prime time NA. Honestly, I personally do not get into PvE all that much but i do take part in living story and I was able to complete all of my living story achievements except maybe 1 or 2 on DR.

Had a chance to run with HoD again last night. I’ll be a…if they didn’t just get better. Didn’t think it was possible. Want a guild that will bomb it in WvW, runs very tight, knows how to fight and has a good time? HoD is outstanding WvW guild, on a great server. Join ’em. You will enjoy it!

I’m just catching up on this thread and I am reminded what a well rounded guild we have in HoD. Our WvW commanders are excellent and I have run more successful wvw in HoD than I had ever run in my prior guild. We run fractals in the evening and world bosses at reset. Guild chat is always helpful and relevant. If you are an active player, it is hard NOT to find things to do in HoD. Come join us and be a part of our great family.

HoD sounds like a Henge of Denravi guild just saying.
