One female human thief in LLK of TC in EB of WvW, from Guild [PinK] of SOS servers. I just want to know how could she get into our keep without destroy the wall or doors? And I found her first time, I killed her. Just thought she might use steal hiding in the keep since last time they broke into our Lowland. But, that thief got in our keep again and contested our waypoint. That is weird. how could she get in again. Then, we got some friends, we killed her twice. But, she still could get in. We all repoted her, and want A-net could do something on her. It not only for today. My friend found her did this for couple weeks. Please take this seriously.

This person has been doing this between the TC keep and Stonemist. Someone mentioned on map that she is using [Infiltrator’s Arrow] to bypass the walls/gates or something. I think this might be possible since she has been hopping up behind while I was on cannon watching her in which she would just stealth and then watch her loop around from middle of East SM and run up after me wasting a thieves guild and kill a sentry in the keep, and then stealth again and pop up back on the road towards TCs keep. I did manage to kill her and throw her off guard a couple of times. And she would come back, haze people on the road between TC keep and SM, and then appear in SM. This bug really needs to be fixed since if a lot of thieves knew how to do said trick, they could take keeps and sm easily.

Lol I don’t even have access to GW2 currently as it stands and I’m pretty sure I know who you’re referring to, but since ANet are against naming and shaming and refuse to actually take action against these players, you’re just going to have to deal with it.

No idea if the thief in question still has short blue hair and spams emotes while running around in snowman tonics, but a few months ago, they were on Fort Aspenwood and then moved to Kaineng and are now on Sea of Sorrows, it seems.

I think he uses the Shortbow #5 to shadow step into the keep (either that or hacking in). I went around taking pictures and emailed ANet. It’s a bit annoying that nothing was done about the player after I jumped through hoops to try and get ANet to do something about it.

Your reporting system is inefficient and inconvenient, ANet. Do something about it.

lol, my friend noticed this as well. Movement bug/hack. Just leave them, they spend the entire time just tagging walls and harassing players, you can’t catch them so its not worth the effort.

I used to play WvW daily, but thieves, and players with hacks/exploits are just ruining it. cbf

There’s currently a bug (I think it’s since the last patch), that sometimes allows a TP skill to bypass a gate.
It’s happened to me a couple of times using Hammer #2 on my guardian. It seems a lot of skills can trigger the bug, not just thieves.

Trying to deliberately trigger it is obviously an exploit.

You know how much time is spent with self less players building defensive seige in keeps/towers?

I have a theif, I think I want to try this too, since A-Net clearly is unable to do anything about it.

Can also be done by mesmers. Now that ups the stakes if anything
