PvP in our Division has been picking up! Many thanks to Torment, pablok, and Cosmic for making PvP nights more lively for our sPvP crew.
Right on, Lager! For the next two weeks, we will be tackling all of the paths of Arah!
Even if you’re not the dungeoneering type or just want to do your own thing, Remnants of Hope has a place for you in our community!
Bump FOR GREAT JUSTICE!
“Light from a few can be a beacon to many.”
We had a great turn-out for Guild Missions last night, led by our illustrious Division Commander! One of our trials, Halfrid, found one of the bounties. For the Puzzle, Mesmer portals by Seventh, Raiko, and Peace helped bridge the gap between the seasoned and the unfortunate jumpers (that blasted camera for large characters!), while our Chicken Rush went by smoothly. Many bonds are made and layers of ice broken each and every Wednesday night at 8:30PM!

He was giving me a chance to shine, and I was the one slacking.
Anyone interested in finding a community where members are treated as family instead of just another number on the roster would do well to apply here. We are in the process of some really exciting things within the guild and more events are being added each and every day.
When I applied I was almost at the end of my rope. I had been looking for a place where I felt like part of a greater community, where I could chat, laugh, and enjoy the game with people that felt like a family rather than an association of random people playing the same game. Applying to Remnants has re-energized my love of the game and I find myself always excited to log in and see what new adventures and fun await me with my new guild family.
You have a group of officers and a guild leader that truly care about the players and want to see each person succeed in their goals, whether they are as lofty as crafting a Legendary, or as simple as relaxing RP in Divinity’s Reach. There is something for every type of play style in Remnants of Hope.
It was this very post by Lagerfueled, who is now our current Recruitment Officer, that sold the guild for me when I first read this thread, and it has been exactly what he has described; and I am proud to reiterate that. I was in a really large guild at the time, and I wanted to find a smaller, more close-knit guild where everybody knew each other and was consisted of friendly, mature people who played during the evenings (Eastern Time) in Tarnished Coast. An active community, so to speak. And I couldn’t have asked for more.
The guild is usually most active from 6PM-12AM EST, but there are at least a few members online throughout the day. Guild Events are usually on weekday evenings, but there are a few events during the weekends. The forums are also very lively and super active, eager to welcome new members, and the rumors are true, we do love to make new applicants listen to a whole stream of welcome messages upon joining!
After a while, it really does feel like you’re part of a family.
