On 11/11 I bought 2 copies (one for me and one for a friend) from the guildwars 2 site.
On 11/14 both accounts were suspended and we both made support tickets.
On 11/16 for some unknown reason I got my money back, I did NOT do a charge back. I’m happy I was able to get my money back if you plan on ignoring me, but I did pay you for a reason in the first place, I wanted to play your great game. I’d be willing to re-buy the game, however I have heard nothing from support as to why this happened. Before I buy from you again I would really like to know why this happened and why I can trust that it won’t happen again.
