Well you said they should go away because people shouldn’t be able to instantly finish a new reward track, that other people have to work for. You speak in such a way as to dismiss the idea that people work for pvp potions which is less than accurate to put things politely.
“Changes to Liquid World Experience
In the interest of fairness to PvE players, we didn’t want to allow any WvW players who may have been stockpiling liquid world experience to instantly rank up a bunch of times and immediately begin unlocking the new expansion hero challenges the moment the expansion released. "
-Source https://www.guildwars2.com/en/news/earning-hero-points-in-world-vs-world/
To repeat, the reason for the WvW potion change is because the WvW potion does indeed cause issues with how ANET wants players to deal with hero challenges on launch. The issue is that it would allow players to immediately begin unlocking the new expansion hero challenges the moment the expansion released. They don’t want hero challenges to be immediately unlocked on release.
PS: No need for the apology and simple logic. I hope I’ve made things clearer and have expounded upon my interpretation on this matter.

#BELIEVE
When playing a Super-Tanky Warrior in WvW it would be more beneficial for you to travel with a larger group of players (i.e. Following a Commander and Crew) This would allow you to be in the Front to soak up damage and prevent damage on others with you. (AoE has a 5 man cap* and if stacked you can mitigate most of it.)
*Siege weapons have a larger cap
Did he look like this? LOL

Play Team Arena with people you know and can depend on.
Playing with random people from the internet and having expectations of them is a very quick way to get frustrated and disappointed. GL
Been a sword dagger fan for quite some time now. (Crafted Bolt w/AC dagger)
I would like you to make a guide Caed.
Just look at this 2 hits how i suppose to kill him after that? just instant 2 hits

In that image I see four hits.
1. Steal
2. Slice
3. Flame Blast
4. Lightning Strike
There will be a lot of complaining, however that is primarily what you will see in forums. If you want useful forums I suggest joining a guild who has their own forums for tactics and strategy. I echo several of your statements, however I also realize that when someone reads this they are going to be insulted. You are bashing the whole of thief forums essentially, and that just rude on your part. Now to address your issue.
I would suggest for a low level thief to try using the shortbow until you have learned how to handle kiting multiple mobs. Circle kiting seems to be the most effective since the mobs take extra time usually to turn and move forward.
SB3 will give you an evade when you need on and are out of dodges
Pistol Whip also offers a very nice evasion while doing DPS
Give these two a try and let me know how it goes. I know personally leveling up I used the shortbow often until I could get adequate gear since it gives you so much more survivability through evasion and positioning. The Shortbow Combined with the Sword/ Pistol for PW makes you considerable more survivable.

What I think is happening.
What you are experiencing is probably a de-sync. Where you see the body on the ground isn’t exactly where he is on the ground on the server.
My best tip is to walk around near the body and try several different stomp positions. I find this often happens when a downed body teleports, is knocked, or somehow moves from the original downed spot.
Perhaps other people got other idea’s please share them.
Not spending unrefundable points until you are sure.
I’ll just leave this here. This is the first time I had ever heard of Allie on the web http://youtu.be/6_ruRwwgWEY

I heard we are getting a NERF as well this upcoming patch.
Source?
This was not mentioned on the ready up but rather that thieves would be getting some buffs.
Personal suggestion: Don’t believe anything you hear and 1/2 of what you see. If thieves are getting a nerf in the next patch Anet will announce it. If they have not announced it then there is no need to worry.
I just want to throw this out there and understand why we keep getting nerfed, and why people keep complaining on how thieves are so OP lol…
Thieves get nerfed/buffed to keep the game balanced as well as they can.
People complain about thieves because they feel they are not balanced/fair in their eyes or they just despise the class for one agenda or another.
*Edit Since there are players questioning if Devs play thief I am including
