Yeah, this is some annoying glitch they didn’t fixed yet.
+1 on Fix

There are so many different pets that could be added in the future. I would like to see a deer or a horse added. What pets would you like to see added?
Hours Played: 3000
I like the idea! It’s very unique. Even though male deer are technically the ones with horns—I think in this case they fit much better on female charr. The average female charr is wiry and swift—so deer horns, which show both grace and power, fit them. The male charr equivalent could be the horns of a heftier animal—moose maybe?
I like it. The more options the better.
I want a track skill for the next patch… as an elite skill for rangers… adds 10 stacks of vulnerbility and allows the ranger to track target 30 seconds (This does not trigger the debuff reveal, so thieves will still be able to remain invis to the rest of the people who are not tracking, and are able to use thier stealth skills such as backstab as well as benifit from thier 50% move speed from traits etc… )
I think with this, rangers may have a chance against thieves in 1 v 1
what do you guys think?
Ranger should have a new pet with f2 ability that detect invisible units such as stealthed players, traps, invis jaguar etc… (a cave bat for example). The animation would be a wave that emits outwards in a circular fashion similar to the skill 1 in guild rushes.
I think this would add value to rangers in a group enviornment by allowing them to detect wvw traps.. of course this is situational but i rather have this options, than not… our pets are what makes it unique for us, and as of now, pets do more harm than good triggering random traps and making thieves able to cnd off of them…
what do you guys think?
Rox has the most amazing hair, dreadlocks on a Charr is just perfect.
I would absolutely love to be able to put this hairstyle onto my character. Please make this an option.
Make a rasta player happy, give us some dreads. :p

Justice And Honor – Tarnished Coast.
Also can we add ear piercings as well ?
Hi, everyone. The team has been following the spirited discussion about Rox (and Braham). I just wanted to pop in with a note from our Lead Character Artist so he can provide some background information and clarity about the art direction for Rox.
Aaron Coberly, Lead Character ArtistHey everyone, this is Aaron Coberly, the Lead Character Artist here on Guild Wars 2. I can see that there are a lot of strong feelings about the design decisions for Rox so I wanted to come on and set the record straight. The goal with Rox was to expand the charr’s visual options. She is a young charr so we thought it would be a good opportunity to introduce the cute kitty cat end of the spectrum. This isn’t a change of direction but an expansion of the race. Our goal is to add more variety to all of the races over time and we saw this as a good opportunity to do this with the female charr. The charr are a feline race, which gives us a lot of options—from the grizzled matronly lioness to the strong puma and even the cute house cat. We don’t want to limit our options to just one section of the feline genus. Our designs are inspired by all the feline variety that exists in nature.
Further on down the road, it does mean that if we introduce new faces into character creation, they will include a broader range. Does that mean that this particular face will be in there? No, because she is a main character, but there could be a cute kitty cat style face.
Hope that information helps you all understand the thinking behind Rox’s appearance.

That’s a shame. I would really like Rox’s quiver for my Ranger.
While it isn’t mentioned in the Ranger info area specifically, we also added owner Agony Resistance to pets.
A NET. Well done on a lovely game. One thing that I would really love to see as a guild leader is how active my members are and when last they have been online. Please incorporate that. Keep up the good work… Moss Mannikin Leader of Ons kom vat jou kak (Sars)
So we’ve gotten a lot of content from updates since the launch, Most recently, New pvp maps… Laurels… Meta events… Which is great.
But I feel somewhat frustrated that Guild Halls are still not available to us after so long, Why have Anet not yet delivered?
I played Guild Wars 1 for a good 6+ years and Guild Halls played a major part in socially enabling guilds to come together, organize or just simply chill out.
Is anyone else as frustrated as myself?
The title states it all. Why has this not been done yet? mini-pets are considered collectibles and thus are deposited when using the “deposit all collectibles” feature, which I love. I know I can use an invisible bag or whatever to work around this but I don’t want that. What is so hard about adding a slot on the character screen for a minipet?
I would even settle for one name that was assigned to all my pets.
~ Ranger
i would be happy if they just kept the same name for all to be honest…
Yes I agree with OP. Games now have shaky starts and yet this one is at least fixing things for free. Thank you Anet and keep up the good work.
Well I’m not too crazy about some of the recent changes, well actually I’m pretty annoyed by some of them, but take into account the whole picture and Frostfang is right: Anet has done an unbelievably great job making this game one of the best games I’ve ever played.
I mean, have any of you played this game in 3D? It is stunning, just…stunning. All the attention to the little details is amazing – like when you bleed or burn an enemy, even the tiny “lost-health” numbers jumping off the enemy do so in three dimensions, looks sweet. And the water in 3D? You just gotta see it to know how amazing it looks. Thanks Anet staff for all your hard work.
Thank you Anet team each of the update never disapointed me, i really love every single change u did aspecialy in orr, and big applouse to the graphic guyz, the risen look fantastic!! Keep up the good work. P.s. We want the scavanger hunt
Hi marioguy and frostfang,
It’s great you’ve decided to be creative! However, If you’re gonna have a good idea, why not go ahead and make it a GREAT idea!!! Develop your ideas into a really rich and detailed profession, just let your imagination take you anywhere, and then we can have a chat about its playability.
Things to remember:
1) always second guess yourself, make sure your ideas aren’t just copies of something else.
2) your ideas can be really fantastic, don’t try and limit yourself too much
3) don’t go too wild either, avoid ‘god modes’ and look for weaknesses in your profession AS WELL AS its strengths.
good luck
I agree with the progression. When you find an animal that can become a pet, it should be a baby. Then while it levels up, it should get other attributes just like your toon and get bigger in size, until it is what the current size pets are. I am sure that the code to do this on ANet is just a pain in the kitten.
The suggestion should be better called :
Implemenent again a fitting pet evolution system!
For Ranger’s, it can be annoying to run 1000+ to pick up loot every time you kill something with a longbow. What I propose to alleviate this [admittedly minor] annoyance is another mode to which we can toggle our Pets. In addition to Guard and Avoid Combat mode, I propose a Fetch mode that will make them loot nearby corpses.
Snow owl griffin please and thanks!
I would love to have more pets to find. At least appearance wise. It was a fun hunt to find them and I wish I had some more to find. Some rare and hard to get.
There should be legendary pets, so rangers can work towards something rare.
Dear Anet,
Guild roosters really need a last time online row. So people can sort out inactive members in their guild.
I would like to see an option where a “Guild Dye” can be set for each guild’s armor if a player wishes to implement a guilds color scheme. Then new members can just do a quick “click” and transfer the colors to their armor set. Maybe even have a dye preview/ or guild preview so that when recruiting people they can see the log, guild dye on their armor, logo, before joining.
Of course different armor sets, do have different dye locations. But this could ease the process and make each guild able to personalize their guild even more and then make adjustments to their armor if it doesn’t match up.
