Thanks Nef for the heads up, last night I switched to D/D just to experiment and its working rather well.

I’m at lv50 now and I’m spec’d 0/20/0/20/0. Is my crit supposed to be really low?

Strange, for PVE I’ve been using S/P and Pistol Whipping my way to victory. I tried D/D but it seems the damage is just so poor versus the AOE that I have with S, and the survivability of S/P.

Then again, this is just a new class for me. Any feedback would be great.

Yea I also have a lurking suspicion that this is causing issues with Skill point challenge NPCs.

If my theory is true, then it would save ANet a lot of time instead of having to constantly fix the points.

This is getting highly annoying, and I have a feeling its suspect to some of the reason as to why NPCs for Skill Challenges get bugged, because this skill in particular can influence the NPCs positioning and somehow change the way it interacts with players talking to said NPC.

In this Screenie, the NPC “Miyani” responsible for the items for the Mystic Forge was pushed so far from her starting position that she was no longer able to be seen by those that did not notice her being pushed back to begin with.

Go to the Cursed Shore and speak with the Karma-Merchants there to temporarily upgrade your equipment. After you have sufficient gold reserves, then start looking in the Trading Post for alternatives (exotic and higher). If you haven’t gotten to your Armorsmithing to a useful level, and you’re already lv80, then sad to say it’ll probably cost you more money to level the craft itself than just buying the crafted armor in the TP.

Also, try to complete some of the higher level maps, more often than not, you’ll receive a few pieces of Exotic gear that you can either sell on the TP or use personally.

And here I thought I was the only one that couldn’t load into a different map. I have to log out twice just to be returned to the original map I was on, who knows if the game took my silver every single time I tried to Waypoint.
