got the guy to 50%
then was detected, have to eliminate the enemies to gain stealth, but I am in stealth with nothing on the ui to let me attack or interact with any thing..
also I can not leave the instance without shutting the game down and restart it.
get this fixed please..it is horrible enough making us play as caithe..at least make her be able to do something useful.

a day ago my guild started level 4 and 5 of economy, politics and art of war.
Just now when looking at the build queue to see what time was left, nothing was in the queue.
Meaning 40000 influence has vanished, as well as the upgrades.
No one in the guild cancelled the queue (and Im not sure they can be stopped)

I put in a ticket so hoping to hear back soon.
Though wanted to post here incase anyone else has had the same issues.

Than you, I reset the figt so didn’t ill him and nothign happened..so killed the guy then tried again and it wore..

I tried that, it does nothing from what I can tell. If I click on it it just ays leave..allowing nothign to trgger or anything to reset

So I’m in Glints Lair, Doing the achievements in there, or trying to.
When one fails, how do I reset the battle and achievement without having to go throguh the place from the start and waste time having to get the books, follow the slow walking people to the next point to access the Lair again?

I have 1/3 books read, I’m certain I have spent an hour now reading everything I can, but obviously have not read two books that are somewhere…could someone point me to where they are or names of what I have to read?..this is most frustrating.

This issue is resolved.
It took downloading another program to make the update for GW2 kick in.
as discussed in the other thread.

I downloaded that program too..a shame it took downloading something else just to make an update happen..

anyhow, thanks those that mentioned about the spot thingy..

Ive had a similar issue, put in a ticket though nothing has been done about it yet..I’m stuck at 6 files after I did the client troubleshooting but still nothing else works.

So I put a ticket in, had it replied with..

well, this is after putting MAC as the computer I run gw2 on.
this game was working fine before yesterdays update to download.
It downloads 20 Mbs, there are 9 files to download..and it just stops, and does nothing.

Can you get this fixed asap please.

Last night, in the last 12 hours of this post being made, there was a small download/patch to download, anyhow, it stalls and does nothing after downloading about 5 Mbs, then does absolutely nothing afterwards.

Is anyone else having this issue?..

the way quests are locked until you’re two levels or so above the required level sucks…having to grind killing a million boars in the forest for 1 xp a kill to get the ten levels before continuing your story…it’s not very appealing.

I do like the new way with the levelling rewards, as well as the new achievements theyve added..
The TP is also pretty good, once the bugs are shaken out it’ll be easier to tell if it works well or not.

Overall the good equals the not so good.
with levelling my alts, it feels like my hand is being held even though Ive levelled 7 characters to 80 already..
after having 3 characters levelled to 80, they should let the requirements for going into quests be lower so we can make it harder for ourselves and be a challenge rather than be stuck in a forest killing random things for exp..

anyhow, tha the only bad thing Ive seen so far, everything else seems okay so far.

going into a pvp..you start in a group..4 vs 4…kick kitten and then take chances with swapping.

you had made the score 200 vs 100…

you’re switched to the other team…

why stay there..?..
why not just loo for another group..anet just screwed you over for a win..?

are there any benefits for staying where they put you?

never mind, discovered you can buy the blueprints off the TP for a few copper each..

I have been receiving a ton of blade shards from a node in my home instance..
Also have seen the backpiece that was available but when the event was about in February or March, I wasn’t about in the game..

Can you get the blue prints anywhere now?

If so, how..I’m interested in making the backpiece that they turn into, to get rid of these blade shards.

the ascende chests seem to drop more from the lower bosses about the place.

had one drop for me today, went to lion arch and say about 5 others flashing similar ascended weapons they got from the fractals place.

those in the main server telling others..so agree, that is heresay but they’re people Id trust their word.

either way..people do it..

they state theyre from other servers wanting to kill Teq.
it isn’t assuming, it’s what is stated.

I’m not bagging it..hell, I guest onto other servers to do the dailies so it doesn’t lag as much..but I downgrade on the population.
it’d be good just to have Teq not amped up so much that it is next to impossible to defeat.

I love how the other bosses stand..more HP..makes it worth while.

Though Teq has ALWAYS been my favourite dragon to see come from the waters.
right now, unless you are not on an overflow, you won’t kill him.

why..overflows just fail..
as much as people hope and I do to, that we can actually do something..it isn’t going to happen

I love they are making the bosses harder.
it pushes people to get better gear, learn better strategies and learn the game.

I hate..that they create it so it’s needed that 100 people co-operate, expect that 6 turrets can do the job (when 5/6 will be noobs jumping in and not know what to do, or read what to do, or listen to what is needed)

what happens in an overflow..
5% health stripped..WOOT…we’re so friggin great..

what do we get for wasting hours hoping to get into the main area and NOT an overflow…ABSOUTELY NOTHING!

So spending hours waiting logged in and wasting time doing nothing but waiting.

is it possible to not be on the overflow to be able to kill Teq once?.

Im on Black Gate..

so people guest a lot to kill and get the pet and whatever else..
this is seriously messed up.

please fix so we can kill Teq on Servers we belong at.

I found this post in the tech support forum from one of the tech support devs, it might help you. (we do something similar on macs and it works wonders for most):

“At this time I would like you to delete the Temporary Cache for Guild Wars 2. Generally this is done to troubleshoot issues with the Black Lion Trading Post but I’ve seen this actually resolve black screen issues as well. To do this:
1. In Windows, press the “Start” button and locate the “Search programs and files” bar at the bottom of the start menu.
2. Type in the word “temp” with a percent sign in the beginning and the end of the word without any spaces.
3. Press “Enter” and a new window should appear with the location of “C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\AppData\Local\Temp”
4. Locate the folder labeled “gw2cache-{RANDOM NUMBERS} and delete it.
After doing this, please try running Guild Wars 2 again.
Hope this helps!”

It is very much appreciated.

I’m relatively new to Guild Wars 2.
Anyhow, I have been going to the trading post daily to try sell a ton of stuff Ive collected from running about everywhere.
When I click on the Sell on post tab..I have a blank screen that comes up…I can type in what to search for, or filter…but there is nothing beneath and would like to know if this is a glitch as many others in the /map have said the trading post works okay for them to sell on.

Or, am I doing something wrong.
