i feel like i should give this update, ill most likely not going to draw anything until saturday (crazy homework its driving me insane __) so be patient! :D everyone whos posted will “eventually” get their characters drawn (:

An update with references!

If I could, I’d like to make a request for Minaus, with an additional reference for her face and glow pattern.

Grenadier extraordinaire, and with quite a devious side to boot. For a concept, I’d imagine her with one of each of the given grenades—Shrapnel, Flash, Freeze, and Poison—between each finger in her left hand, and the pulled pins on each finger on the right hand, all the while sporting a devilish grin.

Let me know if you need any additional information, otherwise I leave the rest entirely to your discretion.

i see it kinda difficult to hold 4 grenades, considering how wide the gaps can be xD
but ill give it a shot when i get to this drawing

Hello, Mr. Fsnowzombie! You have quite a talent, I’m very amazed at how close the resemblance is between your drawing and a screenshot. So I’ve packed my mesmer here and I do hope that you don’t mind drawing her in the near future :) My only optional request is if you could use purple for outlining/shading instead of black and grey. If you require more pictures (for rexmple side, or back) I shall supply.

if you mean like what do i use to actually draw that is not the software

i use a bamboo fun wacom tablet, its pretty much the first i got and have used it for 2-3 years now maybe 4

This is great work! What are you using to draw this? Manga Studio?

photoshop, starndard round hard brush, black color, multiply options in the brush, tablet pressure controls the size and i play around with the opacity of the brush between 30%-80%

Here’s my Noria Dolance! She is a baroness mesmer who’s effectively been raised to assume the position of Countess and head of House Dolance when her parents pass away. She is very proper and an rational intellectual, but stressed with the amount of pressure built up onto her shoulders. She is 29 years old, soon to hit 30. Her parents are still alive, but she is slowly being given control and command over the family empire. She manages professionalism and her independent nature carefully, and attempts to maintain a social interaction with friends and strangers. Outgoing if the company appears to be in her refined tastes, otherwise she may not show interest in conversation. A fine balance of nobility standards and logical actions.

If you decide to pose her with weapons, a sword and a pistol would be neat.

had some troubles with the chest part of her clothes textures so instead of making them look bad with horrible lines, i made it a flat texture

i acctually like the squeaky noise i think its cute

(comming from a human guardian whos primary weapon is the greatsword so i hear it aaaaaaaaaaall the time)

Oh heck why not! This is my main, Lindelle Ulfdis. She’s an 80 ranger and tends to always use her “juvenile alpine wolf” pet (if that helps with any inspiration or anything.) She was “blessed” by wolf and favors and reveres him very much. She also uses a longbow and a sword/warhorn combination.

Oh, and of course loves to drink! She’s a norn after all!
